Reiki is an energetic practice that re-connects you with relaxation and harmony while supporting healing wherever you need it.

The 1st Level Initiation is transmitted through four energetic attunements. The process opens up the channel for Universal Life Energy in the student. You develop the ability to give yourself caring, love and healing through your hands, from your heart.

For people who have been initiated into the 1st Degree of Reiki and are now ready to take their experience to a higher level.

As a 2nd Degree initiate, your capacity to channel the healing power of Reiki will increase. You will learn several of the sacred Reiki symbols and how to use them to enhance your practice. Mental, emotional, and situational healing and the ability to use Reiki over a distance will become possible. With practice and experience, a Level 2 initiate may start giving sessions professionally.

A perfect celebration of life!

This evening is an exploration of our life energy through 3 powerful modalities - Dance, Laughter, and Tantric Intimacy.

We will awake and shake the energy flow through a full-on dance wave that incorporates different tempos and styles of music from all over the globe.

Then we will move into a group laughter circle. Laughter as a meditation tool is incredibly powerful at bringing us back into the experience of being "the Witness." We can become aware of our mind patterns and energy flow, and simultaneously cleanse our entire being from the root to the astral to transition into a more natural state where we feel open and sensitive, spontaneous and relaxed.

From this space we will move into a fun and friendly, love-centered exploration of the Tantric connection through light exercises alone and with others (fully clothed) that include breath, movement and intimacy.
